Franchise
Open a Public Art in your city.
A working system with its concept, menu and training in place. The process is defined in eight steps, so you know what you are stepping into.

Why Public Art?
Why Public Art?
Public means open to all. We built a format outside the usual café template, where the space itself does the talking: Mediterranean architecture, an art wall and an energy that shifts through the day.
Our first audience is students, but the concept works for middle-aged guests and families too. From breakfast to late-night music, the same room hosts a different crowd at different hours.

What you get

A defined concept
The architectural language, materials and spatial layout are already defined. You are not designing from scratch.

Menu and supply
The coffee, kitchen and dessert menu is established, with a defined supply chain.

Team training
Barista and service training is completed before opening.

Launch support
Opening planning and the first phase of promotion are run together.
See the process
Eight steps
Move forward knowing what happens next. No step is a surprise.
Application and first contact
You fill in the form and we get back to you. Nothing is binding at this stage; we are simply getting to know each other.
Initial meeting and assessment
We discuss your expectations, your experience and the area you have in mind. Both sides need to agree this is the right match.
Brand and franchise briefing
We walk you through the concept, how it runs and what is expected of you. This is where your questions get answered.
Location and site assessment
We assess your proposed site together: location, size, footfall and surroundings. If it does not work, we say so up front.
This page carries no investment amount, profit or payback figures. Those depend on the location and are shared only in a direct conversation, with accounting approval.
