Eight steps

Move forward knowing what happens next. No step is a surprise.

  1. Application and first contact

You fill in the form and we get back to you. Nothing is binding at this stage; we are simply getting to know each other.

  2. Initial meeting and assessment

We discuss your expectations, your experience and the area you have in mind. Both sides need to agree this is the right match.

  3. Brand and franchise briefing

We walk you through the concept, how it runs and what is expected of you. This is where your questions get answered.

  4. Location and site assessment

We assess your proposed site together: location, size, footfall and surroundings. If it does not work, we say so up front.

  5. Agreement

Once the terms are clear, the agreement is signed. The franchise relationship begins only at this point.

  6. Training and fit-out

Interior design, equipment, supply and team training are completed in this period. You are not left on your own.

  7. Opening and launch

We plan the opening day and the first weeks of promotion together. A first impression only happens once.

  8. Ongoing support

The work does not end at opening. We stay in touch on operations, menu and marketing.

This page carries no investment amount, profit or payback figures. Those depend on the location and are shared only in a direct conversation, with accounting approval.
