In plain language: what Public Art collects, why, how we protect it and when we delete it.

In short
- We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone for advertising.
- We only collect data when you fill in a form.
- We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
- You can close your account or unsubscribe at any time.
How we protect your data
- The site and all forms run over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
- Passwords are irreversibly hashed and cannot be read by anyone.
- The database enforces row-level access rules: a member can only see their own record.
- Newsletter and application records are not readable with the public key; only the server can access them.
Deleting your account
To delete your account, write to info@publicartcoffee.com. On request we delete your membership record and the data attached to it; only records with a statutory retention duty are kept, for the period the law requires.
You do not need to delete your account to leave the newsletter — the link at the bottom of every email is enough.
Children's data
Membership is not intended for people under 18. If we learn that we have processed data belonging to someone under 18, we delete the record.
If this policy changes
When we update this policy, the date at the bottom of the page changes. For significant changes we notify members by email.
